MBA Online Admission Requirements:

- Official transcripts from all schools attended
- Regular admission for those who have:
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
- An undergraduate GPA of 2.75-3.0 AND 5 years of substantial professional work experience1
- Conditional admission2 for those who have:
- An undergraduate GPA of 2.75-3.0 WITHOUT 5 years of substantial professional work experience
- Submit a statement addressing GPA and professional experience, including progressively increasing work responsibilities
- One or more recommendations from a previous employer attesting to quality of work experience
- Conditional admittance requires earning a B or better in each of first 9 credit hours. Students are required to take only one course in their first academic term.
- No admission for those who have an undergraduate GPA lower than 2.75

Work Experience Standards for the Radford MBA Program
The Radford MBA Program will accept relevant work experience when the applicant submits an application and resume meeting the following criteria:
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- May include full-time, part-time (24+ hrs/week), or non-paid work (e.g., volunteer coordinator, board service)
- Experience can span across multiple employers and does not need to be continuous
- Progressive responsibility over time
- Applicants must submit a statement and a letter of recommendation showing increased responsibility
- Growth can be demonstrated through expanded duties, not just job title changes
- Leadership or management experience in at least one of the following areas:
- People – Direct or indirect staff oversight (e.g., team lead roles)
- Projects – Primary accountability for project outcomes
- Budgets – Financial responsibility for departments or projects
